KASHMIRI DUM ALOO RECIPE IN HINDI.

Prep.time :- 30 minutes.

cooking time :- 20 minutes.

total time :- 50-55 minutes.

servings :- 2-3 logo kay liye.

STEP ;- 1

  • 20 -22 na zyada chotay aur na zayada baday aloo ley,unko wash karay.

  • dyaan rakhy aloo zayada na ubalay jiskay kaaran wo baad may toot saktay hai.

  • Half tea spoon .5 sundh powder.
  • soafn powder 1.5 tea spoon.
  • quarter half(aday kaada) tea spoon of dalchini.
  • 4 piece laung.
  • 2 piece badi elachi.
  • 1 tea spoon kala zeera.
  • 1piece green elachi.
  • kastoori methi ek tea spoon.
  • safeed zeera powder half tea spoon.
  • 2 leaves of tej pata.

Sabhi mix karday aur side par rakhay last may ubhaltay time dalday.magar pehly:-

 

CURRY BANAYE;-

  • ek pan mai mustard oil ley usko achay say jab tuk duwaa na uthay tab tuk gharam karay
  • Abh thodi dare oil cool karay aur phr gas par pan rakhy.

.

  • jaisay he oil gharam ho jaye dyaan rakhy is baar utna gharam naa karay
    warna red chilli powder jal jayegi medium gharam oil may safeed zeera daalay aur stir
    karay phir red chilli daalay 1-2 spoon,
    3-5 second tuk stir karay aur phir upar say thoda
    water chidkay aur phr stir karay.
  • Acha sa smooth curry banaye aur phir wo fried aloo iis curry mai dalay
    aur ubhalnay daay.
  • Jub ubalnay shuru ho jaye to masaly daal day bikhraa kar aur ubhalnay day.
  • Namak(salt) daal day apny swaad anusaar.
  • Thodi dare baad dhakan kar day aur gas bandh kar dijiye.
  • 5 minute baad apkay swadisht Kashmiri dumaloo tayar hoo jayegay.
  • rice kay saath khaye zayada taste ayega
